INSTRUCTIONS:
From West Jersey
& Philadelphia Area
From I-295 NORTH toward TRENTON for approx 6 miles. Take EXIT 40A and merge onto NJ-38 E toward MT. HOLLY. Approx 6 miles, turn RIGHT onto MAIN
ST for GCSJ. Or
continue and turn RIGHT
onto 541 BYPASS for Endoscopy Facility on left.
May also use NJ-ROUTE 70 EAST.
Turn LEFT onto CR-541 toward Lumberton, which becomes Main
Street for
GCSJ. Or
when turning LEFT onto 541 BYPASS, the B.C. Endoscopy Facility is
on right.
From
the East
& Jersey Shore Area
Stay on CR-530 (CR-530 becomes part of LAKEHURST RD. then PEMBERTON BROWNS-MILL RD. then W HAMPTON ST) which becomes NJ-ROUTE 38 WEST. Turn LEFT onto MADISON
AVE and stay STRAIGHT to go onto MAIN ST (CR-641)
for GCSJ. Make a RIGHT onto 541 BYPASS for B.C.
Endoscopy Facility on right.
Take NJ-ROUTE 70 WEST. Turn RIGHT onto CR-541 toward Lumberton, which becomes Main
Street for GCSJ. Or continue and turn LEFT onto 541 BYPASS for B.C.
Endoscopy Facility on right.

From North Jersey
Take the I-95 S / TURNPIKE SOUTH. Take EXIT 5 toward Burlington/Mount Holly.
Stay straight to go onto ramp, then turn RIGHT onto Burlington/Mount Holly Road / CR-541 South.
Continue to follow CR-541 South for 3-4 miles. *
Turn LEFT onto NJ-ROUTE 38 East. Go approximately half a mile, and turn RIGHT onto MAIN
ST for GCSJ.
*Or, from the 541 BYPASS,
cross over NJ-ROUTE 38 and the
B.C. Endoscopy Facility
is on left.

From South Jersey
Take the GARDEN STATE PKWY North (Tolls may apply). Take EXIT 38A merging onto ATLANTIC CITY EXPY WEST toward CAMDEN/PHILADELPHIA (Tolls may apply).
Take EXIT 28 for RT-54 toward HAMMONTON/TRENTON. Merge onto NJ-54 N. Approx 3 miles, turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto BELLEVUE AVE/NJ-54. BELLEVUE AVE/NJ-54 becomes US-206 N. Pass through 1 roundabout and turn LEFT onto NJ-38/S PEMBERTON RD.
Continue to follow NJ-ROUTE 38 W for 3-4 miles. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT and Turn SHARP LEFT onto MADISON AVE. Stay STRAIGHT to go onto MAIN ST
(CR-641) for GCSJ.
Continue 1-2 miles, at
light make a right onto 541 BYPASS and
the B.C. Endoscopy Facility is
on the right.

Main Street:
Gastroenterology Consultants of S.J.(GCSJ) is located at 693 Main Street in
the "Amherst Commons."
Upon entering, continue STRAIGHT on the
driveway till the end. Turn
RIGHT into the parking area, and look for
"Building A"
on your LEFT-SIDE. Our reception area and facilities are on the main floor of this
building named
"A".
Continue on MAIN ST to intersection for 541
BYPASS to go to Burlington County Endoscopy Center.
